Look at it in mathematical terms.  IF you have a few bad hands, this bad streak  does NOT effect your next hand.  A bad streak is only a streak.  Meaning, you can say "I've lost steadily for the last 13 hours, should I wait till the streak goes away".  The answer is, it already went away.  Only a new streak can come.  It's just like the fact that your last hand does not change the odds of your new hand.  Seriously, the only reason anyone should take a break from poker is if they are mentaly exhausted, feel like they are going on tilt, or bored.  Taking a break hoping it will kill a bad streak only works if the bad streak is caused by the way you're playing because of tilt.  Like you said, you "tried to make some bluffs" to make things go your way.  Would you have normally made these bluffs in the first place?  If not, you let the bad streak get to you.  Maybe a few days off would help you clear your head.  But yea, it happens to EVERYONE, just don't let it get to you.
