Other than that one freak instance, I usually get distracted by messenger, email and random surfing. It really takes its toll after awhile especially deep in a tourney. Been trying other things to keep focus, but I find that I don't do enough to keep awake or concentrate. I usually play with my chips while playing though...just getting ready when I go to play live or just go out in public.
