Had I bet/raised originally a better player might/would have folded a while back thereby avoiding the situation from the get go. Now I have gone back to my original aggression (abc book type standard or even stronger depending on players...) and play at lower BI levels where if a bad beat/cooler gets me it doesn't affect my mental state/pockets as much.
