first things first i need to know is which sites have the best deals with bonuses and if they give bonuses for cardschat players. that being said.

i am normally a tourny player so when i deposit would i be better of to stick to sit and go's and small mtts or try the ring once?

anyone have any tips on learning BR management?

If you use the cardschat links you should get the sites standard sign up bonus, and cardschat will get credit for the referral.

No need to play ring if you are not comfortable doing so. Just be careful if you intend to play small buy-in tournaments that you don't pay too much in rake. Many sited charge 20-25% for their dollar games. If you intend to make a very small deposit I recommend UB, as they charge the standard 10% and have SNGs as low as $0.20 + $0.02, making even a $50 deposit able to stick to good brm.

See here and here for some good articles on brm.

so the 5% rule is a good thing to follow which means if i deposit $50 and i plan on playing sit and go's then stick to the ones that are 2.50 till i build up or should i start with the dollar ones. not only that but what style should i play? lag or tag?

$1 SNG on stars are incredibly easy to beat, though its a must that you tolerate complete idiots/donks

i like both pokerstars and full tilt but i think for my first deposit, i'm going to drop it into full tilt. i just like the way the lobby is set up and i have played there for play money longer.
