BearPlay, despite that you said it yourself - "according to Pokerstove", you did not understood me. There are many calculators and all they give different results. The right  answer is ONE and ONLY ONE! Here is how it can be obtained. We pick two Aces. Next we pick two candidates for "aces killers"- 65s, 76s, JTs, etc. There is 48 cards left in the deck. From them we generate all the possible boards - C(48,5) = 1,712,304. Ridiculously small a number for we to be affraid of some long calculations. For every board we determine the winner. We count the results, divide them by this 1712304, and, if not in a fraction of a second, in a couple of seconds we'll have the sole right answer! So simple, but I do not know someone to had made it, despite that there are so many open source codes for poker, including PokerStove. 
In this case I will not be surprised it to be "mine" 87s (or was it 98s ?), because I did not invented it. I had red it somewhere (maybe the "mad" Mike Caro) some 15 years ago.

As about the AA vs. AA, you are right. At least two time this year (and once it happened on my table to the other players) I had beatten the opponent's aces, making my flush. No, it is not so rare as you may think. It happens once C(50,2) = 1225 hands when you have two aces the opponent to have the other two! (As for to say how often one will make his flush; that needs some more sophisticated calculations:-)
