Good afternoon people! I would like to know from you who is the best known Brazilian Poker player abroad. João Simão, André Akkari, Pedro Padilha or Caio Pessagno? Hugs!

I imagine it's Akkari for being on the pokerstars team, but I think Yuri “theNERDguy” Martins is missing from the list. It has been gaining a lot in the current, very likely that it is well known.

From your list, I just know João Simão and André Akkari. I see them in some tournaments and I feel I prefer André Akkari.

I know Andre Akkari and watch his tournaments. He is already pretty long with Poker Stars Team. So. because I don know others Andre for me best known Brazilian poker professional.

I think our Brazilian friends are far better qualified to answer this question, but as a Canadian, the most prominent name is Andre Akkari. I've seen a lot of Felipe Ramos as well on the PokerStars tours. Also, we can't forget Bruno Politano, who made the Main Event Final Table in 2014 (doesn't seem like that long ago, LOL!!!).

André Akkari has the highest profile though Felipe Ramos is quite widely known also.

That said João Simão appears like he has the potential to eclipse them both in the future.
