Full Tilt doesn't seem to let you review them unless you're actually looking at the player.

Pretty sure mine are along the lines of "Doucheball nit HU, won't bet less than two pair".

I've got a player that I considered to be my nemesis for a while - he sent me out of a number of tourneys. I don't remember typing this, but I found I had a note for him that simply said "fu", which seems quite appropriate.

I'm taking just a tiny step to the side here and note that my most common note - not because it's the most common feature in players but because it's something I always note when I see it - is "compulsive slowplayer."

You know the kind. Bets every flop except when he hits a set at which point he cleverly checks back. Or is willing to go all-in with a flushdraw, but won't raise the actual flush. Of all the notes I write, this one I value more than anything else because it basically tells me that when he bets it, he doesn't have a monster. And that's pretty darn valuable information.

Now, just slowplaying a set doesn't qualify. On a dry board vs a single opponent with a wide range, there's nothing particularly wrong with slowplaying a set. But checking the flop when you hit trips and then min-checkraise the K-high turn in a tiny pot is typical behavior of a player who just can't stand the idea of losing his customer.

So, "comp slowplayer" is my most favoritest note.

Player notes remind me alot of that movie Momento. If you haven't seen it, rent it NOW! Anyway, I'll often come across a player with a note that I have absolutely no recollection of and have to rely on a note from past me to present me.

seems to play some real crap hands and forces the pot chases till end if slightest hope of something

called 5x BB with J8 suited

stupid ass slow played a set of As wasn't busted out but got no value for them checking on them with no rasisers

will stay with anything including a hope and a prayer - my own personal favorite

plays third pair also won't let go PP

total fish keeps on calling with pair of 3s when As on board

no respect for board major fish, if it moves he will chase

sneaky sandbagger check calls
