If you start playing in 500fpp+ then they start to be more interesting and more realistic chances of cashing. The problem with such the low buy-in ones is that only one place is avaiable or something daft with 300+ people so it is kind of understandable people will ship/rebuy for a while as playing tight in these just doesn't work.
