If you are at a full table in a crowded room then you might do as another poster suggested and leave UTG+2/3 seats. You are not going to be opening a lot of pots at a full game from these spots so let those cards go while you yourself... Go. At my casino's by the way, you can request that floor come and rack someone else's chips or the dealer will get keen and do it, they will not let more than two rounds go by an empty seat.

If there is no waiting list and you are at a short handed table then just pick up your chips and come back when you are ready to play another hour(s). I don't think anyone will hold it against you to say I will be right back. I do not want to get back and pony up an extra 5-6 bucks just because the blinds kept flying around the table and through my empty seat.

If I am at a tight table where the rate or play is fast because everyone keeps folding then I will get up after the hi-jack hand because then I have three chances to steal from late position, but the bathroom needs to be close and it better just be number 1 or I am picking up my chips to leave.
