When they are super busy there is a long list growing for every game. You cannot just disappear for 10-15 minutes, someone at the table will complain about it. Also, somebody said why not just return to your seat and wait out the Big Blind until it comes around to your seat. That is pretty much unheard of where I play, unless you JUST sat down at the table for the FIRST time. Once you are in the seat though, you are obligated to pay blinds every round whether you are physically present or not, hence the 'missed blind' chips that they use to keep track of how much you owe.
