I want start blogging on this site, but I have not found section for this. It would be nice to create a separate blogging section.

do you mean it would be nice to have a tab for members to create their own blog? It would not be a way to disperse the subjects as much by creating several blogs as it would be created by which several members would create and sometimes they would not even keep that blog active with regular posts like a facebook page that many do and simply abandon. The topics no longer meet this need ???

These issues are easily fixed by limitations. For example, the number of posts and activity, so that this is not a flood or a way to join the freeroll club.
