I made it to the first break with 5,690 in chips, we started with 5,000. The blinds are 50-100. There are 81 people left. Any tips?

I got knocked out 60th place.
I had about 4400 chips and the blinds were 125 - 250. I went all-in with KQs and got called by 77. Better luck next time I guess.
