Bounty rebuy tourneys

I just want some feedback from anyone who has any experiences with these tourneys.
The question is: If a bounty rebuys, does the player that took all his chips get the bounty, or does the bounty go to the player that ultimately knocks him out of the tourney after the rebuy period has ended?

you get the bounty for knocking him out and he gets a new bounty !
