I would personally withdraw all but 1k. Then you're rolled for 50nl but if you feel you need to play some 25nl first you can do that as well. Winnings the major part of the battle, but BRM is extremely important as well. If you go and blow all your money at the $5/$10 tables that win means nothing anymore. If you honestly think you'd be tempted to play with most of that money, withdraw it ASAP. After playing at $5nl and previously doing 10nl, I'd probably try 20-30k hands at least at 25nl, make sure you're doing semi-well (depending on how many tables 4 BB/100 is really good and you should definitely be running over 3 BB/100 if you want to move up). Then if you think you're ready for it, jump into the 50nl tables. But I cannot stress enough how horrible it would be for you to undervalue that money and tilt some of it off, thinking of it as bonus money. That money is currently yours and it doesn't matter how you got it. You now have a lot of money, think of the things you can buy with that much money. Make sure you understand the value of that money and that if/when you do hit 50nl you are working to get better and do your best to win rather than making stupid plays because you're playing with free money anyway.
