Not alone did I learn some very important concepts along the way, but the whole experience has made me a better player for it, I can play against the maniacs and against the nits.  Remember some of the concepts that you learn on nl$10 helps immensly on nl$100.  
 
Last weekend on the tables I met a very nice fellow, who sat at a nl$100 table, who bragged that he'd just won $500 in a $1 MTT, he was actually a very nice guy and each time he got stacked he said nh, nice call etc etc.  He lost his $500 in under 150 hands, the sad thing is he didnt even play all that bad, he still lost it all though.
 
My advise. Take a week away from the tables, have a think.  Cash out a grand or two and get yourself something slick so you know the value of your bankroll.  
 
Play nl$10  or nl$25 for 20K hands or so.  
 
Get a stockspoker sub.
 
Set yourself some very strict moving up guidlines and stick to them.
 
Oh and give yourself a good pat on the back.
