If I understand your wall of text correctly, then the essense of it is, you are playing 10NL. You started a bit underrolled with 15 BIs but managed to build it up to around 60 BIs, then lost half of it in 3 days. Some points to consider:

1) 30 BI downswings happen in cash games, they are not something completely out of the ordinary. I experienced something very similar, when my bankroll first reached around 650$. Only difference is, I was playing on PokerStars.

2) Most likely you started with a sunshine run and as a result overestimated your skill edge and true long term winrate. The sooner you realise this instead of blaming the RNG, the easier it will be to recover from the downswing.

3) Implement a stop-loss strategy, so you always quit for the day, when you are down 3-4BIs. This protects you from playing on tilt, which more likely than not contributed significantly to burning through 30 BIs in just 3 days.

4) When you have lost half your roll, you should move down to stop the bleading and regain confidence. Since BOL dont offer 5NL, then move to a site, which does, and use conservative BM from now on.

Ok I can see now, that you kind of implemented the stop-loss method already, and you have also rebound and is back at 55 BIs for 10NL, which makes my suggestion about moving down obsolete. So what remain is mostly, that yes big swings are normal, and especially in fast fold games.
