The next day i have used the money that i had won from these 2 freerolls (around $10) and entered a $6 buy in sit and go with 44 other people (45 person sng)

I have finished in 4th place and won around $30. I have then used my whole bankroll in cash games and as usually i lost all of it...

My main question is, is it possible to earn money from mtt's or mtt sngs? such as 45-90 people sng using a good bank roll management?
