Ive been trying to log on from 9am my time today, and have only just got on now, 12.35 pm, was this a scheduled downtime, or something else?
I tried varios links to get here, from blogs, direct from favourites, etc, and couldnt get in.
Apologies if this has already been bought up?

It might be your provider KD, happens to me sometimes but when I do finally log in, I see from post times that peeps were in while I couldn't get in, frustrating sometimes but that's all you can do. The other thing to remember is that when routing to a site, you may be going through 8 or 9 different servers as through the magic of the internet your log on request magically tries to find the shortest route, only takes 1 to be down for your attemps to fail.

Yeah, it's been the same thing for me... but for the past day and a half or so. Just randomly checked a little while ago and it loaded fine.

ah, ok, didnt know that, im not too good with routers, but a friend at a poker game i was in also couldnt get in, so im guessing it wasnt only my problem?

ah, ok, i didnt try yesterday after 7am, so couldnt say whether it would have been down for me?

It was down for everyone. Something was wrong with the server. I found Nick and he fixed it.

Business as ususal now!

^thanks god for that, felt like a junkie needing a fix when i couldnt get on, thought also I had been permo-banned, for any of many reasons.........

I am not sure of your time zone kd, I am pretty much out of usa ignorant on those things, but I am est and I noticed we went down around 11:40ish pm. I am rather sure of the time because I am reading KC's blog every 15 min and when I hit refresh after my 11:40 tourney started I wouldn't get in. lol that is a little bit of an exageration.

Strange how it makes you feel when you can't get on, as you know KD, I'm on here late(early for you) and had thought it was a problem with IE so I then tried firefox andstill nothing, I gave up and went to bed.
Glad I could get on now.....woot, woot:D

^^^PF Im in england, Cc was down from 7am today till 12.40 roughly my time. I hadnt tried to get on before that, so not sure complete range!
^SD never been into drugs, only pot in my younger days, but yeah, i defo went cold turkey for a while there.............
nearly phoned a friend to get him to log-on, just had a feeling i was banned or soemthing!
Its nice to be back, lets party......................or no, im off to work nights later, so have to calm down again, boo!

i reckon it was a conspiracy between CC and ft to screw everyione up and send them cold turkey, thank god I hardly play at FT!
