They don't see exclusive passwords, AFAIK, but they can obtain all passwords earlier (before Platinum members). If you notice that some members already registered to a tournament before the password is shared in the Platinum level password thread, these players are Loyalers. The difference between the levels is simple: certain subforums & threads are locked to members who don't have the needed level. Such threads contain the passwords to the freerolls. You won't be able to open a password thread that is restricted to a level above yours. I don't know of an easy way to tell what your current level is, but you can always try to open the restricted threads. If you succeed, then you have at least that level.
