Ok, so what you're asking is which sites have the best cashout procedures? I have to say I would highly recommend Poker Stars because of their Instant eCheck option. Using your own checking account, you get your funds instantly, and you can use the same method to cash out as well, which only takes a few days, and is routed directly to your checking account. 
 
I actually haven't used it myself, but have read where other known members have (both for deposit and withdrawal), and have had no problems with it. Plus you get the added benefit of Poker Stars phenominal support. Out of all the sites I have played (and there have been a few), Stars is hands down the absolute best when it comes to support and customer service.
