The thing to do is start the process immediately as you open the account(smart thinking here, don't ya think).  Soooo... just a little more information added and hope THAT'S as useful to some one else out there as it was to me.  And I hope your getting all this juiceeQ.  Your more apt to have to answer this than me somewhere down the line. This has been a pretty good thread and generated a lot of good information.  Seems to have anyway.
