i understand the wamting to strangle people sometimes, but its poker and patience will come with time. Try practicing injecting logical statements when you are about to lose your shit. That really helped me becayse once upon a time i was a major hothead not so much anymore.

I particularly avoid bluff a donkey player, I try to put him in an ambush so I can take your chips calmly

A two-outer's gonna hit sometimes. If you can't deal with that concept, then poker might not be your best option. I know it's hard to pump yourself up with, 'at least I made the right play' when you see the other guy raking in your chips, but the quicker you can let go of a perceived bad beat, the better will be your results. Take a deep breath, sit out a hand or two if you are in an MTT and still have chips left, and then refocus.
