As for the 6-6 shove at a cash table with $80 left...that is a 40BB shove in cash game, which might be appropriate if you had a solid read on the other aggressor, but with $80 you still have a bit of workability, and the shove move feels like more of a tournament move, where you would squeeze to isolate the raiser and put him to a decision for his stack.  In a cash game all you have to do is reload.  Of course, that means more of your own money on the table, but psychologically that shouldn't matter if you are playing your best game.  It might seem like a mind trick, but if I sit down with $200 at a 1-2 game, and I am resistant to reload after a bad beat, I shouldn't have put down the $200 and played in the first place. Sure, MOST of us are playing beyond our bankroll when we play live ( a decent 1-2 bankroll would be 5-7000 dollars) but if you've been at the table long enough, reloading when you've lost more than half of your stack is probably a smart move.
