Alot of it he states as 'advanced theory' and says 'only master players will know this tip...' but it's stuff that even i know about, though do not practice every time i play. (ie paying attention to who's in the blinds before you act, or observing how many players are in a pot before deciding whether or not to raise with AJ etc) Great info nonetheless - i suggest you guys DL it and watch it.
