So the notion of "evening" doesn't really apply, unless you're stuck in some US state where you can only play poker locally so no money leaves the state.. Last year, poker stars was busting at the seams with fish, and whilst there are still plenty, many of them got better and many of them are now returning to pre-covid lives outside of poker, leaving the field stronger than it used to be. I'm thinking of looking to other sites for some soft games. (Though now that my wife and I have both had our second vaccine jabs, there is more pressure to do non-poker activities for me too.) At the end of the day, I think the game you play is as important if not more important than the time of day/week you play it. For example, Whilst I can play the Sunday storm and generally keep my focus, I'd struggle to play deep tourneys every day. And I perform best between 45 - 200 player fields (or large freerolls!) All that said...Fridays and Saturdays, if its evening somewhere, there will be people drunk or otherwise intoxicated and looking for amusement playing poker.
