Since there were more than two players in the hand the player who received the exposed card keeps it, face up, and everybody else gets their river cards face down. The player who received the face-up card has the option of declaring himself "all in" - as in, he can opt for the rest of the hand to be played as though he was all in at the end of the action on sixth street (no matter how much he has behind) so he's still eligible ot win the main pot but any betting from the other players still in the hand (which proceeds as normal) goes into a side pot.
