However, the dealer did you one whopping favor here. When you have 8BB left at the latter stages of a tournament, (K,Q-s) is a helluva of a hand to jam. That your opponent would say it's a "BS hand" speaks volumes about his play. I would expect him to be a nitty cash player who hasn't adjusted to tournament play.

So he won his flip with (A,Q-s) when you jammed it with pocket tens. Yeay for him! You still had the equity edge [I]and[/I] you got him to call as a 'dog. That's a better result than if he stayed nitty, played perfect and folded. So he flopped trip queens and knocked you out. You still made the right play, and you would still like for him to call that AI. Getting the chance to double up twice in five hands is an incredible stroke of good fortune.

Spend more time rubbing your luck box, and make good decisions. There will be more freerolls.
