I've been tweaking and working more with scheduling everything. As in blocking out chunks of time for certain activities, then adding in tasks/to do things as reminders into those blocks of time. Then actually roughly sticking to it.

I'm in grad school and work two part time jobs. I'm fortunate in that the jobs' schedules can pretty much change and adjust whenever I want within reason.

But as I delve more into wanting to keep online poker in my life and schedule (and also play responsibly with disclipine) I feel like it should be something that fits into my schedule and time frames rather than just like "oh  im bored, poker time, or oh class isn't for another 30 min, poker time!"

Basically treating it more like a job in the sense that I commit to certain time frames and play during those times (and base those times off knowing when I feel best to play (like awake, sober, focused).

Mostly if I did this it'd end up with most play time in the late AMs with some in the evenings. Weekends are up in the air but I'd probably consider chunking time on Sundays in case there's some good tourneys.

I play cash and tourney.

What do you guys think? Do you schedule? And if so how much time do you chunk out, what times work best for you? How did you come to form that schedule?
