I am the type when I am doing very well in the sessions increase more volumes when I am going badly and the variance is too much I play few screens or I stop playing a few days.

of course the discomfort experienced by all. is fatigue or nervous tension. the time in poker there will be.better to rest. go for a walk or watch a movie. and go back to poker when you configured 100%
