Cashed that tik got the hell outta there and went back the next and the next and wasnt long I was thinking I was a damn good handicapper. Until I began betting pick 6 tickets of about $120.00/ticket (and that doesnt cover hardly any extra horses and even some races you only have that 1 horse you know ) but unfortunately I have never hit a pick 6 but the consolation of 3-4 I have several times. But to get the entire 6 I just couldnt dump that kinda money out to get the coverage I needed. I also have just recently gotten into playing slots. Not all slots though. Just the games in which I have some sort of control over that I can manipulate the final outcome of the reels and the rollout and ultimately the payout. I have select games which I know I can make serious money on and others that I know I can build my roll from next to nothing but wont get rich off of those particular games, just can get something to work with from literally a penny or 2. But like Doyle Brunson has coined the phrase, "a chip n a chair" and that has rung true for me so many times in so many different ways from slots to poker to horse races to life in the working world of most people. But I think everything you do in life is a gamble to some degree. Even crossing a street is a gamble as to whether you will safely make it to the other side or will you get slammed by the truck that blows through the red light while the driver has a sandwhich up to his mouth taking a bite and adjusting the radio with the other hand while steering with his knee. Oh and cant forget, those type of scenarios have odds on them too. So everything we do in life is a gamble. It just depends on how you perceive things. [/QUOTE]
