I think so, it's good to take a break from the game, especially if you're down, it's good to stay a few days without playing until you're winning to relax and not feel too pressured

I always take a break from poker when I have personal problems that I know will affect my poker performance, I also take a break if I get a lot of bad beats for a while.

Not specifically because of poker, but when some things happen in life and somehow you accumulate some problems to solve, it happens
