yes, it is indeed.

Of course the enviroment is very important, because it must be proper for playing and concentrating, without ennoying sounds, or other interruptions! A nice quiet room of the house it is ok!

in poker the environment influences a lot because since we need concentration i prefer a quieter environment without much noise usually in the room

Woulda never crossed my mind to think of that. i changed the room i play in and yeah it did make an impact. My other room was quite cold and had an echo. I won a few tourneys playing there though. Then i switch to an upstairs open windowed room and idk i play different. Dont win as much but i play different . When i was in the cold echoing room it maybe it put my mind set in a different place, one of survival. The room im in now is very nice but i think it makes me too comfortable. Great question i gotta look into that.

I only play poker at home, and this is the best place for me. I am always comfortable at home and thanks to this I am focused and have good results. I believe that it is possible to enjoy the game only in comfortable conditions.

The place to play does not determine the level of the player for me.A place should have space for thoughts.I have a desk and a chair-quite comfortable for playing games.Music and kitchen nearby.What else do you need to play?

It does matter. It is not the most important thing for me, but I like to play in my usual spot in the house when playing on-line.
