You'd feel pretty stupid if you've been tipping a dealer each hand you win and they later make a mistake that costs you $. Tipping should be an indicator of how well the person is doing their job, not based on your winnings. (Although we all would feel generous if we left a table after winning big.) [/QUOTE]
