If you play fairly tight, they are OK. It's not really doubling your money you get 85 cents return because of the rake. You have to cash in 2 out of 11 to make any money at all.

They tend to be huge donk-fests. -EV in my book

You have to do the math on the games. In order to be profitable you have to place 6/10 times. (%50+)

I think that it is reasonable to assume that it is profitable considering that the player is decent at SnG's.
I have played a couple of times, and from what I have made from them is this:

You have to play aggressive to get the chips. If you keep waiting for you hand, you will never get enough chips and you will be battling to stay alive at the end.

Playing the 1.10 turbos is not a bad way to try and build a very small bankroll into something big enough to move onto sng or micro tournies.

Man, I`m terrible at math....:eek: .Trying to fiqure odds...is like taking a motor apart....without a tool...
