Just dropped in to recommend a cool Shannon Elizabeth movie "Deal"....Although its not a new one but still i enjoyed it watching last night, I recommend it to those who haven't watched as yet

PG-13 - no gratuitous nudity.... pass.

They can't even get the Poker right:

"Factual errors: During the last hand of the WPT Championship sequence, Tommy looks down to find Jacks, then checks. This play is impossible. When I was looking at different poker movies for our poker movie Sunday last week, I came upon this one and breifly considered it as a possibility. It would take more than somebody saying "I enjoyed this movie." Before I considered it, however. I believe it was imdb that gave the movie terrible reviews through out, plus arahel makes a good point. They can't even get the poker right. And poker? I hardly know her! = PG-13.

I watched this movie tonight. You can't compare it to Rounders, but it's not that bad.

Not really a whole lot of poker movies out there, so you might as well give it a chance.

Antonio's acting is horrible, Burt Reynolds isn't believable, I think it was a horrible movie. And the fact that it was a WPT event sucked. Horrible poker movie, I'd actually rather watch Lucky You over this, and that movie was horrible.

I thought "The Grand" was allright. Not the best poker film out there but a kanny one. Woody Harrison kicks ass in it.

Cincinatti Kid kills all of those movies. Lots of string betting, though (and Shooter even ruled "No string bets" before the game started)
