books as they say, do not play if you are tired or sleepy and less long tournaments, the head has to be wide awake and rested to play

Have to play between those hours because those are the times when the tourneys run.

Eastern Time and GMT +8 are never good friends. Explains why I've missed out on some FRs here. Oh well.

I dont have a best and worst time to play...i play whenever i am alone .
Prepare a cup of tea,some cake or biscuits and my lucky hat...lol....
I am going to throw it away(doesnt work anymore).
Whether i play in the morning afternoon or evening i play the best i can
but unfortuneately there are better players (lol).

Use this time to sleep. Only now, I'm on vacation, I've been waking up at dawn and start playing. But there the other day I end up really tired ... I do not know if it's worth. For those who think we are playing right should extend the time if you're playing a good tournament and go away.
