Ever had a complaint and can't get anywhere with suport?

All kinds of other information to browse through there. Thought there might be a few people who might wonder who the online poker rooms answer to.

I had a problem with noble. Seemed as though someone was trying to get into my account. Kept entering the wrong password so they locked it. I emailed them for a week about it constantly not once got a reply back. Finally I seen a post about emailing "ellis" at noble if you had problems. I emailed her and right away she responded and got my pw reset. I was getting kinda mad. Thanks for the link tho! That'll come in handy next time

Party used to be the worst but now when I e-mail them, they get back to me within an hour and they are really helpful.
