Excessive celebrations in live poker

Is there a video of the incident? I'd like to see what happened before I give my opinion.

For the record he had already received 2 warnings prior to his penalization. And he was not penalized for excessive celebration. He was penalized for excessive foul language and not following tournament staff directions. Do you know anything about the US poker circuit?

That's not to say that I think his actions are correct but never having been in that situation I don't know what I'd do. I sometimes do three revolutions in my chair when I win a small pot so who knows?
