I've been grinding out 25nl for awhile and never really thought it was more than a little extra cash and a hobby but after reading Dusty's thread on here I decided to read his book.  It's a total game changer in terms of how I see the game and approach it now.  It was pretty cool to read a book that worked on making sure that I prepared myself to play my best game when I sat down.

I don't know what to compare this to in terms of a regular job. I'd also like to hear from others on here as to what you do off the tables to prepare yourself for success etc.  Anyone have some mental prep exercises they do before they sit down?
