Take a break, rest. This is the best option and definitely better than losing money in vain.

Fatigue does hinder performance in poker, and I've certainly noticed it. That's why I struggle to perform well when I'm tired, especially in long games like the $100 Daily for Bronze and the $250 for Platinum today. I really need to get a good rest before every game starts.

In the tournaments I play, they can run 12-13 hours. I don’t use any caffeine in the morning but in later rounds I try to use coffee to stay alert. Good luck!

fatigue will certainly affect your game even a little tiredness will make itself felt in poker, so whenever you play poker, it's best to relax and play when you're ready to play completely. If I'm tired, I try not to play poker and do other things

Regular breaks during the game help me fight fatigue. We should not forget that our brain needs periods of rest in order to recover.

I agree, fatigue is a big problem in poker, both mentally and physically. Especially for MTT players who often have sessions longer than 10 hours. I even heard that some players start using doping for this reason.

I agree after playing for long time i would make stupid moves without thinking first. I always tried to be refreshed if i planned on playing for a long time.

Absolutely, I have been busy building a house this past month and hardly played poker, simply becasue I cannot be bothered, but when I do play I cannot focus for a few hands, let along a few hours.

Tiredness doesn't affect my game, what does affect my son's dog, but it stays at my house, that is, it ends up being left to me, he cries to go out and I have to end up going out to take him on daily walks, but it interferes a lot

Yes, I always try to play when I'm rested. Tiredness leads to making bad decisions generally.

Yes, this happens with me too. This is one of my poker dilemma, to play or not whem I'm tired. Because I know I don't play well when I'm tired, but at the same time I want to play to win an extra money.

I almost never play poker at night (except live casino), as an old guy my energy and attention start to wear thin. I will play in tourneys that last many hours but only if they start in the afternoon. Because I live on the east coast of North America, there are plenty of freerolls and cash games starting in the morning and all day.

Pretty sure that effects everyone. When you get fatigued get out do not try to play through it. If you are in a tournament you should have planned for it. Hold on a break is coming soon.
