So nl100 HU rake w/ $1 max is probably about 4.3 BB/100 as a guess. At standard 3BB/100 rake a good winrate is probably like 7BB/100-12BB/100 so 10-15BB/100 w/o rake, so losing the extra 1.2BB/100 isn't that big of a deal if you crush the games (5.8-10.8BB/100). But any winrate over 5BB/100 is good (3.8BB/100 @ ipoker) - there is potential to absolutely crush low stakes HU tho. 
 
Would make it hard to beat if you win at a low rate. However, if you get rakeback it isn't a problem, especially if the games are soft. On stars playing HU i was getting like 5% rakeback if that and i probably only get like 15% on party.
 
EDIT: Ok well 2700 is pretty small (tho about the same size as my nl50 sample from which i was basing the nl100 guess). But if 3.7 is correct it isn't bad at all. 0.65BB/100 isn't going to make a difference especially w/ good rakeback.
