I've decided to mix 100nl and 200nl (FR both) during weekdays and play 200nl only on weekends. Strong table selection until i feel i have an edge over the regs.

I haven't noticed a huge difference in the play levels so far. The fishes are just as bad, imo. Not sure there are a lot less of them either. I've sat at tables where 4 or 5 players had stacks between 60 and 80bb.

The regs are somewhat better. 100nl FR regs tend to be a bit too nitty with very low 3bet% which is super exploitable. At 200nl i do get 3bet light as soon as i start LAGing it a bit too much but that's ok. Only had to leave a table once because i didn't know how to handle the reg on my left.

Also, i do start with an extra edge over the regs as i've datamined for a while so i have good stats on them while i should be an unknown in their databases. Won't last of course.

This is all on FT, which zach will tell you is super soft. Haven't tried 200nl on stars yet.
