I prevent this.
1. I follow the bankroll management system.
2. I am patiently waiting for good situations.
3. I try to be disciplined and make the right decisions.

Perspective, keep it in a real realm. Was it a correct read and ahead as thought? Should it have been played differently? Can't be results oriented, that is not something you can always control.

Tilt

I don't struggle in any way, I just accept it and it dissolves. Fighting is useless, it's like a spring - the more you resist, the more powerful it becomes.
