Playing Bodog Cheap seats and made it to the final table 2nd in chips!!! any advice as i play

Came in 4th 
Happy with most of my play 4th of 71 Made 2 mistakes on the final hand I played First not agressive enough pre flop and second too agressive post flop. Had AQ off suit UTG limped in 1200 to call. BB checks. Flop A36 Hearts So I push (I know i should have raised 3xBB)BB calls J4 hearts. Had to cuss my luck(to my self and my lizzard) till I realized it was all my mistakes that was my doom. Still had a good time. Hope I play as well in todays Bodog $10 tourney.
