I walked into the casino for the first time tonight after a long awaited 19 years. I decided to start off playing some table games. With $500 in my pocket I quickly made a hundred bucks and cashed it in. I asked the lady if there was a poker room to which she responded no, only 4 card. I found it a little weird that there was no poker room so i went back to table games. On my way to the bar I noticed a giant room with POKER on the door. I walked in with my $300 and not really knowning what to do I said, where do I play. There were 6 tabels going and I sat at $1/$2 with $440, Im not sure how since the limit online is $200 but I didnt ask question to avoid looking dumb. I folded my first 25 hands and about 90 mins in I got dealt pocket 7's on the button. With everyone calling behind me I make it $12 to play. Everyone folds cept for 1 guy who called it. 
 
Flop comes,
 
7d 10d Jc.
 
I hit trips, it felt awesome. He checks it to me and I make it $25 to play. 
He calls it.
 
Turn comes,

I figure he is on a flush draw so I push all in for $220 more or so.
 
He calls and flips over 8 9.
 
I sat there as he took down a huge pot not really knowing what to say or do. 
 
It was one of the funnest times in my entire life and I will definatley be back, but doesnt everyone have to have a beat like this sooner or later in their life?
 
Story to tell forever, thats for sure.
