It's a little worse than the flop flush, but still great - you can make a good bet.

depends on the situation. You can try to semi-bluff, check behind or check call or even fold, if the price is too high. Sometimes you are drawing to the nut flush, sometimes to a smaller flush, so would like to be a bit more careful.
