Although not many, there are definite situations where you'd want to be folding pre-flop with AA.  And to say "The more callers the merrier"????  Seriously,.. you've got to be kidding???
I think the laydown was a good one, although a call could be good too, albeit a bit risky at the time. Hands that do well in a multi-way pot vs. AA being stuff like J-Ts,but with point being made above, alot of the outs for this hand could well possibly be out already on the table with all the 'allins', OR maybe someone wanting to gamble, knowing that their 7-8s is now looking real good (like the 3rd guy in for example).  Can't say I'd ever want to be 4th allin with AA, if in fact I was needing the hand to hold up for me.  AA against 3 random hands isn't doing anywhere near as good as it would be against just one or two opponents, but maybe in this case you've got a hand that might really now be giving it some trouble?  
Against 3 typical hands here that would be in on this pot, AA ends up being less than a 50% favourite to win the hand. (ie. JJ, K-Qs, 7-8s).
