Full Tilt FTOPS Challenges Help

I've already participated all the challenges here in FTOPS but I'm still having a problem. If I'm going to view it in FT, I don't see my name and there are a lots of players already registered here.
In order to participate, login to FT and click the Cashier button, My Promotions then click FTOPS challenges link which I did. But still nothing is happening. It says there that I am already registered but still I can't see my name if I'm logging in to FT. Can someone help me.
