Is anyone else having trouble getting credit for completing tasks. Three times I have completed tasks and not been given credit for them. Each time I have contacted there support and been given credit for them but it's a pain to have to do it each time.

ya sometimes - tho support seems to deal with it pretty quickly.

yeah, they are quite quick when it comes to that kind of thing.

Thats great news then. I am new here and its good to know that the CS can address all concern right away.

Yeah I got fed up with it and quit doing the challenges. I completed the bankroll management "buy-in to a tournament for less than 2% (or whatever the % was) of your bankroll" four times and never got credit. I had already emailed them about five times for the micro stakes challenges and didn't feel like doing it again.

Had trouble too, especially with the bankroll-management, emailed and even got credited, but it suxs indeed...

yes if u send them an email it should be resolved within 24-48 hours

Their support actually comes through when it comes to these kind of issues.... surprizingly! Cant say that too often when it comes to online sites! Good luck! Although I dont think you need it in this case!

Makr sure to read the challenge rules, sometimes you may think you have it done but might not have filled out all the criteria

I am like everyone else I have had trouble but when I send the e-mail it seems to get corrected. Midgetfactory, I would like to ask a question if you do not mind. As far as the Sit-N-Learn lessons where you watch the video and then take the test. I scored a almost perfect 7000 on one in March and did not make the freeroll this month. In fact I have never made one. How do I know if I make the freeroll?

They don't give out tickets or anything you just find the tournament in the lobby and register
