Hope I'm not breaking any rules here, but to make a long story short my cc is being declined at stars but i have funds in full tilt...would anybody like to transfer me 50 to stars and i will give you 50 on tilt...ill even do my side of the transfer first!!! Please someone help me out. Thanks in advance
